In May 2015, Jasmine got a wildcard for the doubles tournament at the Italian Open with Nastassja Burnett, but they lost in the first round.
In June 2017, she won her first 100k title at the Open de Marseille, beating several players, including the top seed Tatjana Maria. The next month, she made her WTA Tour singles debut at the Swedish Open but lost in the first round to Carla Suárez Navarro. She also played at the Guangzhou International Open but lost in the first round.
From 2018 to 2020, Paolini had several achievements, including her first WTA Tour win at the Copa Colsanitas in 2018 and breaking into the top 100 in 2019 after reaching the final of the Tokyo Open.
