Isiah was selected by the Kansas City Chief in the Seventh round of the 2022 NFL Draft. In his first NFL game against the Arizona Cardinals, Pacheco scored his first rushing touchdown. He started his first game in Week 7 against the San Francisco 49ers and had a career-high rushing yards of 107 in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Pacheco set a record for the most yards by a rookie seventh-round running back. He finished his rookie season with 830 rushing yards, 130 receiving yards, and five touchdowns. He also returned 29 kickoffs for 597 yards.
