Susie Wiles is an American political consultant who served as co-chair of Donald Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign. She was chosen by President Trump to serve as the 32nd White House chief of staff in the second Trump administration. She will be the first woman to hold the position.

In 1979, Susie Wiles started working for Congressman Jack Kemp as an assistant. She then joined Ronald Reagan’s 1980 presidential campaign as a scheduler.
In the 1990s, Wiles worked as chief of staff for Jacksonville’s Mayor John Delaney and later for U.S. Representative Tillie Fowler. From 2004 to 2009, she advised Jacksonville Mayor John Peyton. In the 2010 Florida governor’s race, she helped Rick Scott win, despite him being new to Florida’s Republican scene.

For Trump’s 2016 campaign, Wiles ran his Florida operations, and in 2018, she supported Ron DeSantis’ governor campaign. However, rising tensions led to her being let go as a top advisor to DeSantis in 2019, a role she later regretted.
In 2021, Susie became the CEO of Trump’s Save America PAC, overseeing major figures and legal support for Trump’s former and current staff. She was described as Trump’s “chief of staff” during his preparations for the 2024 election. In 2022, she reportedly encouraged Trump to back Blake Masters in Arizona’s Senate race.
During Trump’s federal indictment for mishandling classified documents, Wiles was suggested to be the unnamed “PAC Representative” to whom he allegedly showed a classified map. Payments to her and the hiring of her daughter followed, but she denied discussing her testimony with Trump.
