Victoria Starmer is a British former solicitor and the wife of Keir Starmer, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and leader of the Labour Party. She is currently working for the National Health Service as an occupational health worker.

Victoria first met Keir Starmer, who was a senior barrister at Doughty Street Chambers, in the early 2000s. Victoria Starmer Career
Starmer is a qualified solicitor and she worked for Hodge Jones & Allen, a Soho law firm specialising in street crime. After her marriage, she worked in NHS occupational health. She will further continue in her role after her husband was elected prime minister.
Starmer has been an active supporter of the Labour Party since her university days. In 1993, as the education and welfare officer at Cardiff University, she protested against the education reforms proposed by the then-Tory education secretary, John Patten.
When Keir Starmer was appointed Knight Commander of the Order of the Bath in the 2014 New Year Honours for his contributions to law and justice, she became Lady Starmer.
