Tua Tagovailoa is an American football quarterback for the Miami Dolphins in the NFL. He played college football at Alabama, where he was named Offensive MVP of the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship. Tua was expected to be the top pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, but after suffering a season-ending injury, LSU’s Joe Burrow took that spot. Despite concerns about his injury, the Miami Dolphins selected Tagovailoa fifth overall. He was the first left-handed quarterback to be drafted since 2010.
