Jade Carey is an American gymnast who competed for the U.S. at the 2020 and 2024 Summer Olympics. She is known for her skills in vault and floor exercises. Jade Carey Career
Jade started 2017 as a Level 10 gymnast, which is below the elite level. Invited to The Ranch by national team coordinator Valeri Liukin, she qualified for elite status. Carey made her elite debut at the American Classic in July 2017, competing on vault, floor, and balance beam, and placed first in all three. At the 2017 U.S. Classic, she also won vault and floor and placed fourth on the balance beam.
She continued to excel at the 2017 U.S. National Championships, winning gold on vault and silver on floor, and was named to the national team. Carey was chosen to represent the U.S. at the 2017 World Championships in Montreal. She competed in vault and floor, qualifying for the finals in both events and winning silver medals in each.
In 2018, Carey competed at various events, including the American Classic and U.S. Classic, where she performed well.
