From Dadeldhura, Ropal Ground, Airee started playing List A cricket for Nepal against Kenya in March 2017. Before that, he was chosen for Nepal’s team in the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. In 2017, he led Nepal’s under-19 team in the ACC Under-19 Asia Cup, where he scored 88 runs and took 4 wickets against India, which earned him the title of man of the match.
He continued playing for Nepal in various tournaments, including the ICC World Cricket League Division Two in 2018 and the Asia Cup Qualifier in the same year. Airee made his debut in Twenty20 cricket in July 2018 and in One Day Internationals (ODIs) in August 2018.
He played in tournaments like the ICC World Twenty20 Asia Qualifier and the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup. In 2019, he debuted in first-class cricket and was chosen as vice-captain for Nepal’s team in the ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup.
